Gen AI firsts — Pioneering research and leading proof-of-concepts webinar

On-Demand

Since the launch of ChatGPT, generative AI has made tremendous progress over the past few years and looks to revolutionize industries, technologies, and our daily lives. Although the pace of innovation is rapid, many advancements in generative AI stem from fundamental and foundational research built over many decades. At Qualcomm Technologies, we are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation, pioneering advanced research in generative AI and turning cutting-edge research into real-world solutions. Accelerating the pipeline from research to commercialization is often not easy since scaling technologies in the real world faces many challenges beyond theoretical work. Qualcomm AI Research is deeply committed not only to advancing generative AI research but also to being the first to showcase proof-of-concepts on commercial devices. This approach facilitates the scaling of technology in practical applications. In this webinar, we’ll discuss:

  • Examples where Qualcomm AI Research has had industrial or academic generative AI firsts
  • The challenges of deploying cutting-edge generative AI models on real-world mobile devices
  • How we are solving system and feasibility challenges with full-stack optimizations to quickly move from generative AI research to commercialization
